Ten focused AI tools built by a teacher with 25+ years in IB classrooms — a mentor that helps you think like an IB candidate, diaries that keep your IA, EE and TOK moving, and tools that help you understand where your own reasoning is weak.
One subscription · One dashboard · Zero guesswork
The tools pass their work to each other. Each row below is one complete journey — what you put in, which tools you use, and what you get out. Click any tool to see what it does.
Start here if you don't know what to investigate. Agree a topic area with your supervisor first, then type it into Research to Lab. It searches real published papers, checks what fits the IB syllabus, and gives you 6 research questions you can actually do in a school lab. Pick the one you like best. Then open the IA Mentor (for your Internal Assessment) or the EE Mentor (for your Extended Essay). It asks you questions about your variables, your range and your method, and keeps improving the question until it is clear enough to investigate. You finish with a research question to take back to your supervisor and refine.
Use this once you have your question. Take it into the IA Project Diary or the EE Essay Diary. You write the work in small stages instead of all at once — design, data, conclusion, evaluation for the IA; or section by section for the EE. After each stage the tool helps you see how your work lines up with the IB criteria and where it is weak. You spot weaknesses early, so the draft you take to your supervisor is already a strong one.
TOK works differently, so it has its own route. You are given a title, not a topic. Put that title into the TOK Mentor first. It helps you find the real knowledge question hidden inside the title, and decide which areas of knowledge to use. Then move to the TOK Essay Diary, which takes you through six stages of writing, gives feedback at each one, and counts your words as you go. You finish with a complete essay that stays inside the 1,600-word limit.
This is your week-to-week study routine. First, the AI Study Coach builds a study plan around your subjects and exam dates, so you know what to study and when. Then take the real material from your class — your notes, a YouTube lecture, a photo of the whiteboard, or a recording — and put it into ClarifyAI. It explains the concept using your own material, and then quizzes you on it. You learn from what your teacher actually taught, and the quiz proves you understood it.
Use this after every class test. Put your answers into the Misconception Analyzer. It does not just mark you wrong — it explains the wrong idea in your head that caused the mistake. Next, feed the lesson material on that topic into ClarifyAI and learn the concept properly. Finally, tell the AI Study Coach what you got wrong, so it puts more of that topic into your revision plan. This closes the loop, so the same mistake does not come back in the final exam.
This keeps the whole year under control. Enter every date once into the Deadline Calendar — IA, EE, TOK and university deadlines. It breaks each one into smaller steps so nothing surprises you. When it is time to apply, open UniApply. It already has your achievements and your story saved, so you do not type the same details again for every university. One set of answers becomes your UCAS statement, Common App essay, SOP or recommendation letter.

ℹ️ How the diary quota works: the three diaries (IA + EE + TOK) share 15 uses in total — one use = one full diary session, comfortably covering the milestone drafts of all three projects for one student. Research to Lab, ClarifyAI and UniApply are unlimited, like everything else. Personal licence: one student, one account.
Create an account with just an email. You get an anonymous code like IB0042 — no real name needed, ever.
Create a free API key at aistudio.google.com/apikey and paste it once. It's stored only in your browser — never sent to IBHighway.
Choose Beginner or Scholar, open the dashboard, and every tool is one click away — on any device, all year.
Every plan is valid only until 1 September — whatever date you buy. And every August (1–31), the whole platform is free for all registered users.
🎁 Free period: after selecting your tier, enter promocode ibphysicswithrao to activate free access until 1 September 2026 — without the code, payment is required.
📌 Usage policy in one line: every tool in both tiers is unlimited — the only capped items are the three project diaries (IA, EE and TOK), which share 15 uses in total on the Scholar plan. During the free period, the diaries allow 3 trial uses.
📌 Fair use: each subscription is a personal licence for one student — accounts are single-session and diaries are tied to your own registered IA/EE/TOK projects. Account sharing or agency use suspends the account.
Schools & coaching centres: WhatsApp Dr. Rao for legitimate multi-student pricing.
📅 The yearly cycle: every August (1–31) IBHighway is free for all registered users — both tiers, every tool. All paid plans end on 1 September, no matter when you buy: a May purchase still costs the full price and still ends 1 September. Continuing next year needs a fresh purchase.
🔒 If you don't subscribe by 1 September: your account is deactivated. Your work stays saved in your browser, but you cannot open the tools to see it — subscribe any time and it's right where you left it (same browser, same device).
⬆️ Upgrade anytime: paid Tier 1 and want Tier 2? Pay only the ₹2,000 difference on the payment page — no WhatsApp needed. Note: Tier 1 alone does not open Tier 2 tools, so anything you typed in the diaries or UniApply during the free month stays locked until you upgrade.
