Most students only see the final submission date — then panic when they realise they've left no time for a first draft or teacher feedback. The Deadline Calendar breaks every assessment into the right milestones, dates them backwards from your school deadline, and reminds you by email before each one.

To activate alerts: Enter your email in the banner at the top of the Deadline Calendar when you first open it. That's all — reminders start automatically for every milestone you add.
What milestones get created
Each assessment type has a different set of milestones, designed to match the actual IB workflow. All dates are calculated proportionally from today to your submission deadline.

Open the calendar and enter your email
The first time you open the tool, a banner asks for your email. Enter it — this is what receives your reminders. Your email is stored securely and only used for milestone alerts.
Add each assessment with its school deadline
Select the type (IA, EE, TOK, Mock, etc.), name it (e.g. "Biology HL IA"), and enter the date your school requires submission. Milestones generate instantly.
Check your email — reminders will arrive automatically
You don't need to open the app again. 7 days before each milestone and 1 day before, an email arrives in your inbox with the milestone name, due date, and a link back to the calendar.
Tick milestones as you complete them
Open the calendar any time to see your progress. Completed milestones turn green. Upcoming ones show the next due date clearly.
